7. Spongebob Sketch Cards

Spongebob Squarepants is one of my favorite animated cartoon shows. That said, I have NEVER tried to draw any of the characters. I was amazed to discover just how easy these guys are to draw! And they are super fun to draw.

These cards have inspired me. I want to write and illustrate a story in the Spongebob Squarepants comic book. I am going to work up something in 2020 and figure out how I go about pitching the idea to the publishing company for Spongebob Squarepants. I have met a few artists who have actually gotten their work into the comic book series. Unfortunately, they are all very secretive as to the submission process. I have found that nearly all the artists I have met in artist’s alley do not like sharing the secrets to their success. Bummer. Karma will get them. I share everything I know. Karma is going to take good care of me, just you watch!
