Such pain I have not felt in ages…

Dealing with such a profound loss is something I navigate in my own unique way, often with a smile and humor. It’s my way of honoring the joy and laughter that my yorkie brought into my life and the lives of my family. While I deeply feel the void left behind, I prefer to focus on the wonderful moments we shared, celebrating the immense love and happiness he filled our hearts with.

He was a protector, an athlete, a brother, and a son, embodying these roles with a fierce dedication that inspired those around him; yet, mostly he was a silly clown, a whirlwind of laughter and joy who never slowed down if anyone was watching him, always ready to crack a smile as he would spin in tight circles just to bring a smile to someone’s face. His antics were legendary among friends and family, creating memorable moments that echoed through gatherings, as he would leap from one playful escapade to the next, ensuring that the spirit of fun was never absent.

ABOUT TODAY’S COMIC STRIP AND YOGI BEAR JONES

There is a hidden message in today’s Comic Strip. The little Yorkie only appears in one panel of today’s comic strip. This strip was conceptualized with that premise in mind. This symbolizes the briefness of time we experience with our pets.

Cherish every precious moment spent with your furry friends, for time moves swiftly, and before you know it, you’ll be grappling to hold onto the memories of all the joyous moments shared when the end arrives. When we lost Yogi a few weeks ago, it struck me just how fleeting our relationship was. Reflecting on my life, it seemed as if Yogi graced us for merely “one panel of a comic strip.” The time I had with Yogi was frightfully short, yet within that “single panel” of my life, he held an irreplaceable significance to me and my family.

You do not realize the importance of anything until it is lost. Then you start remembering all the great joys that were created. The next four comic strips will feature “Tim the Yorkie” who symbolizes my dog, Yogi Bear Jones. I will remanence and pay tribute to my brave little dog in the upcoming posts. The sixth and final comic strip will be the big post where I will bear my soul as we send off my precious son to a grassy field where he can play ball for hours on end with Heaven’s angels. I pray one day I will get my turn and relieve the angels from that duty. I would love to throw that ball again until my arm fell off if it mean playing with Yogi again.

All six comic strips will be available to all subscribers. There will be no content restricted to “subscribers only”. This story is something I must share with everyone. Yogi would want everyone to enjoy his stories, and I would love for him to make people laugh and feel good one last time.
