Is Flimp joining the cast of another comic strip?

Flimp was an ordinary monkey with an extraordinary imagination. One day, as he sat in his favorite coffee shop, sipping on his cappuccino, he was approached by a peculiar-looking man with a twirly mustache. “Hello there, Flimp!” the man exclaimed, “I’ve been searching for someone with your artistic flair. I’m the creator of the popular comic strip ‘Pearls Before Swine.’. Lo and behold it was Stephan Pastis in disguise! He gets modded by his female fans every time he goes out. Luckily, they are all over 65 years of age, so they are not threatening. Just annoying.

Stephan continues, “I think you’d be the perfect addition to our cast.” Flimp’s eyes widened in surprise as he listened to the man’s proposition. Joining a different comic strip was something he had never even considered, but the more he thought about it, the more it appealed to him. Afterall, Charmy’s Army is losing money faster than a weight belt salesman on a sinking Titanic. And so, with a mix of excitement and nervousness, Flimp embarked on a new chapter in his life, ready to bring his imagination to life in the colorful world of ‘Pearls Before Swine’… until the huge fight. Flimp and Rat did not get along at all.

Oh, well… we’ll put up with him. Welcome back Flimp!
