So, what happens next in today’s comic strip?

Up walks Weaver who asks, “What are ya doing Turtle?”

“Just drinking some coffee”, replies Turtle.

“Um, why are you drinking from two coffee cups?” asks Weaver.

Turtle looks down and appears to be a bit embarrassed that he scared away Frenchy. Turtle suddenly looks excited and responds, “I need to stay up late tonight so I asked for a double shot of expresso… and they gave me two cups of coffee”.

“Yeah, that sounds like something they would do here”, says Weaver. The baristas are not too bright”.

“Yeah!” agrees Turtle. “They are not the sharpest tool in the shed”.

“Well, that is actually good,” explains Weaver. “You don’t want them poking holes in the coffee cups”.

“Um… yes… Um…”, stumbles Turtle.

“Wait a minute”, says a suspicious Weaver. “Why is there a lipstick print on that cup?”

“Oh, that is so I know that is my other drink”, explains Turtle. “I marked it in case someone sits next to me while I am working on this first cup”.

“It is a pretty shade of pink”, states Weaver.

“Oh, it is just gorgeous”, says a lovestruck Turtle.

End of a short scene. This could possibly serve as an intro to one of the animated episodes.

To you and yours, I wish a festive and merriest of yuletide cheer. MERRY CHRISTMAS and a very Happy Birthday to Jesus Christ. May 2022 bring us a little closer to normalcy and a return to complete independence. The last two years have been crazy.
