I know everyone loves Frenchy when she portrays Warrior Wench Wendy, but I personally love THIS character. Today Frenchy returns as the Great Fludini, a magician who doesn’t get her magic tricks to work quite right… if at all.

As a kid, I was fascinated with magic. There was no internet during my childhood, so I found a magazine for magicians and subscribed to it. Then, I ordered magic books advertised in various ads. I studied them all and now I know how most tricks are created. I cannot watch a magic act now because I can figure out just about any trick. After a year, I realized there was no money to be made in magic so I was back to cartooning.

Frenchy can live out my short-lived dream in my comic strip. All that research I studied as a kid is not going to waste. Frenchy will have many more adventures as the Great Fludini. It is easier to write about what you know so I can write comic strips for the Great Fludini for years to come.
