INKtober Day 25 – Weaver as Basil Rathbone as Sir Guy from Robin Hood

One more triple mashup. Here is Weaver doing the honors as Basil Rathbone in his iconic portrayal in the movie Robin Hood as Sir Guy. This one was tough. Once colored, this came out really nice. I will share the color version in November. I will have the colored print card for sale at Alamo City Comic Con tomorrow.

I am writing this blog a few days in advance, but I am guessing Debbie and I are probably leaving out for Schulenburg right about now as we make a day trip pit stop for some kolaches and some bbq. Afterwards, we will be heading up to San Antonio for setup. I wish the show was still on the Riverwalk. Setup as so easy, plus you could just pop over to the Riverwalk for a drink after spending a few hours setting up.

To be honest, I am a bit intimidated by the size of the Alamodome where the show is held this year. I do Comicpalooza every year. HUGE show. Comicpalooza is in my home town of Houston and setup is easy. The first two times I appeared at Comicpalooza I was scared stupid. The Alamodome has me so very nervous. I am SO happy that my wife is going with me to this one. I just have a bad feeling this will be so large of a spread that I am not going to do that well. The show has expanded just within the last week to now include the entire stadium. They added artists everywhere around the facility, meaning less money to go around. I just know I am going to not meet my goals. Time will tell though.
