THREE SHOWS TO GO!

I have only three appearances left this year. I have two comic con appearances booked officially for 2019 and will announce those shows in December. I am not sure how many shows I will appear at in 2019. That decision will be based on how well I do at Alamo City in San Antonio this October. Road shows are so scary and if I do not break even in San Antonio, my road shows will be cut back in 2019 meaning my appearances overall will be limited.

That said, I have high hopes for Alamo City and next month’s Fandemic Tour Houston. I have just enough comic books to last for both shows. I am working on more print cards and more buttons for the shows as well as a few new sketch covers. I want to be that guy in Artist’s Alley who has the coolest art touching the heart strings of all attendees. I have so much work to do.

My last show for 2018 will be Nerd-vana at a high school in San Antonio a week or two after Alamo City. I will drive up and back that day to save on hotel costs. Crazy, right? Yes. I am actually hoping the next two shows are awesome so I can change my mind on that decision. I hate driving at two o’clock in the morning. Hotels are not cheap if you like clean pillows and insect free bed linens.

Pencil sketches are drawn for free and you only pay if you are happy with the pencil sketch. If you are not happy, you can walk away. I will just ink up the idea for my show set. It is no big deal.
