I have not done much with Blue, but next year he will have a few strips added to his resume. Blue’s real name is Barry Schulz. Yes, that is a direct nod to my hero Sparky…. aka Charles M Schulz. Blue is always sad so his friend’s nicknamed him Blue Barry when he was a kid. Over the years, the nickname was shortened to just “Blue”.
