Seeing an INKtober THEME here?

Dum da da dadada dadada….. I love The Munsters. When I was a kid, the reruns I watched inspired my imagination. This television show and The Addams Family played back to back after school. These mash ups are making INKtober so much fun for me!

The duo of Fred Gwynne and Al Lewis was a match made in Heaven… or wherever ghoulish matches meet and make such an amazing impact as these two legends created on screen.No one else could have played those characters so “over the top” and got away with their performance in the manner these two actors succeeded.

I truly believe it had a lot to do with the era of television as well as the amazing actors. The show was shot with insane lighting seen only in the movies of the classic Universal Studios horror movies. In this day and age, a TV show like this would be shot with cheap sets and with brightly lit scenes that chase away any chance of realism being imposed upon the audience.

So what is up for tomorrow? Hmmm……….. I wonder!!!!
