ANNIVERSARY LANDMARK!

This week marks a year and a half since I landed Charmy’s Army in The Weekly Bulletin, a weekly newspapers covering 11 cities in Brazoria County here in my home state of Texas. One may wonder why I am so happy to just be in one paper…. Right? To be honest, I have been trying to get into more papers like crazy, and it is just impossible. To be in even one paper is a huge success.

I am still talking with another weekly paper. I am just awaiting the confirmation. I have been burned two times now by papers saying they are gong to add me, only to be told the following week that plans were changing. Both times the syndicate for the strip I was replacing offered a deal that was too good for the papers to pass up.

YES!!!! I am going to put myself through the grinder again. in October…. aka INK-TOBER… I will ink in a sketch card mash-up of one of my characters. I need YOU to pick a character of mine and suggest who you want to see a mash-up of. I will pick one every day.
