I love drawing up these sketch cover commissions. This one was extremely fun. Here is Charmy as Gene Simmons from the rock band KISS. I used pen and ink for the actual drawing. I followed that up with Copic markers for the gray tones. Once that was all completed, there was the issue of the logo bleeding through the drawing. I painted white gauche over the areas where the logo was showing through, The finished piece is awesome!
